The start of the pandemic in India and protective equipment shortages were synonymous. I started an initiative to arrange self-made PPE for local essential workers that snowballed into working with state authorities to develop a product that medical professionals could trust.

A volunteer network of individuals and companies across 10 states produced and donated 1000s of faceshields. Optimising production and logistics during a lockdown through cooperating with the government and police, all while in my last year of high school convinced me to pursue Industrial Design professionally.
